A technology executive, inspired by the magic of family travel, imagined a way to let families anticipate, experience, and remember extraordinary places through the eyes of imagination. The result is a bespoke, hotel-curated library of children's stories and character ambassadors that bring iconic destinations to life for every generation.

A seasoned, client-facing leader across pharma/med device, SaaS, and FinTech, she consistently delivered world-class experiences for enterprise partners. Guided by a service-minded ethos—empathy, clarity, and excellence—she translates complex needs into winning outcomes. Karsyn believes lasting memories come from stories that bring families together offline, away from screens. Her mission is to weave authentic, premium storytelling into experiential hospitality, creating memory-rich experiences families treasure for years. For Karsyn, timeless stories are intentional—capturing moments that matter and memories that endure. When not shaping stories, she enjoys cooking and traveling with her husband, Ryan, and playing with their energetic golden retriever, Hank.
